Requisitos:
Previous experience as Sous Chef or strong experience as Chef de Partie in Italian cuisine. Knowledge of Mediterranean and Italian cooking techniques. Ability to manage kitchen operations and support the team during service. Strong leadership and communication skills. Availability to work in Ibiza for the season. Valid work permit / EU papers required.
