ROLE PURPOSEWe are looking for a data-driven and strategic Growth Marketing Manager (BNPL Product) to drive growth and optimize performance across our B2C acquisition channels for our BNPL / Shopping Card product. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and business.With a strong focus on new customer acquisition, growth, improving conversion, launching new features, and maximizing the impact of our B2C value proposition in the market.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive Go-To-Market strategies: Define audience segmentation, value proposition, positioning, and messaging to successfully launch new products and features within the merchant ecosystemOwn merchant conversion performance: Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across the funnel (from user acquisition to checkout completion) and implement data-driven initiatives to maximize resultsLead growth-focused campaigns: Design and execute campaigns aimed at increasing adoption, engagement, and revenue across key merchants and verticalsOptimize the merchant journey:



Analyze user behavior and merchant performance to identify friction points and improve the end-to-end customer experienceCollaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Sales, Risk, and Marketing teams, as well as external partners and agencies, to ensure seamless execution of initiativesLeverage data and insights: Conduct research and performance analysis to understand customer needs, validate strategies, and stay ahead of market and competitor trendsEnsure brand and messaging consistency: Maintain a clear and compelling brand narrative aligned with business objectives across all merchant touchpointsKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Knowledge in paid media campaigns in BNPL industryStrong understanding of conversion funnels, performance marketing, and merchant ecosystemsAnalytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsProven ability to launch products/features and drive adoptionExcellent communication and stak
