We are currently undergoing significant international expansion and are seeking top-tier engineering talent to join our team.We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer experienced in defense sector.Key Responsibilities:Architecture Design: Define and map databus architectures (e.G., CAN bus, MIL-STD-1553, Ethernet) and power distribution systems for complex defense platforms.Wiring & Harness Design: Develop robust electrical schematics and wiring harness layouts, optimizing electronic packaging to withstand extreme environmental and tactical conditions.Systems Integration: Ensure seamless interoperability between electronic subsystems, including line-replaceable units (LRUs), ruggedized racks, thermal management/cooling systems, and processing hardware.Testing & Simulation: Execute hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) validation, electrical load analysis,



and circuit simulations to guarantee system reliability in mission-critical environments.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Mechanical and Software Engineering teams to seamlessly integrate the electronic architecture into the physical vehicle platform.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation & Control Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Experience: Proven experience in electrical architecture and wiring harness design, ideally within military, defense, or specialized heavy vehicle sectors.Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical CAD and simulation tools (e.G., Mentor Graphics Capital, E3.Series, MATLAB/Simulink) and familiarity with EMC/EMI mitigation standards (e.G., MIL-STD-461).Soft Skills:Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in multidisciplinary team environments.Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex techni
