The Team -




Our Personal Lines Distribution team is responsible for developing business , turning opportunities into reality and maintaining relationships with brokers and intermediary partners across a range of Personal Lines products. Working collaboratively across the business, the team identifies and drives business plan goals to deliver growth and provides great outcomes.
What you can expect in this role
- You'll be responsible for developing and managing broker and intermediary business plans
- You'll identify , and drive delivery of, new opportunities to support the growth of our Personal Lines business , presenting business cases for approval .
- You'll work closely with our brokers and colleagues across the business to deliver partnership and growth plans.
- You'll provide valuable market insight and help shape future opportunities.
- You'll represent Cova within the market and help build our brand and reputation.
