The role will serve as a key link between employees, managers, external partners, and regional HR teams.The ideal candidate should have strong HR operations experience, deep knowledge of Spanish employment law, and the ability to support a fast-paced international environment.(Ref: LS47614-2 - Please include this when making any enquiries.)Main ResponsibilitiesProvide expert guidance on Spanish employment legislation, labour regulations, and HR compliance mattersSupport employee relations including disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, and workplace mattersManage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, employee changes, transfers, promotions, and offboardingManage payroll inputs,



payroll validation, reconciliation, and employee payroll enquiriesAdminister employee benefit programmes and coordinate with benefit providers and brokersEnsure compliance with statutory HR requirements including employment documentation, registrations, social insurance, and reportingSupport HR audits, regulatory reviews, and communication with external authoritiesPartner with business leaders, regional HR teams, Legal, Finance, and external providers on HR initiativesIdeal CandidateDegree in HR or related field; professional HR qualification preferred5+ years' experience in HR generalist or HR operations rolesStrong knowledge of Spanish employment law, labour regulations, and HR complianceExperience supporting payroll and benefits administrationExperience working in a multinational environment preferredExperience in retail, fashion, apparel, footwear, or cosmetics industries is advantageousS
