We are a small, fast-moving team where every person has real ownership and real impact on what tens of thousands of people in the industry see, read and attend.THE ROLEWe are looking for a Digital Assets Growth Specialist to help execute the marketing and growth plans behind European Blockchain Convention and Digital Assets Forum.The goal is simple: help us reach more of the right people and convert that attention into event registrations and ticket sales.You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, who sets the strategy, priorities, targets and campaign plans. Your role is to turn those plans into high-quality execution across content, campaigns,



audience acquisition and market expansion.WHAT YOU WILL OWNHelp grow our brands across new countries and audiencesResearch new markets and identify relevant companies and opportunities for growthExecute campaigns to drive registrations and ticket salesCreate social posts, ads, landing pages, videos and other event marketing contentTurn speakers, attending companies, agenda topics and industry news into compelling campaignsAdapt campaigns for different countries, audiences and financial hubsSupport the GTM executionKeep websites and campaign pages updatedUse AI, Canva, Figma and other tools to produce content and assets quicklyWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAt least 3-5 years of marketing or growth experience, ideally with at least 1–2 years in blockchain, crypto, digital assets, fintech or Web3.
