Everyone here has real ownership of their work.The RoleThe Social Media Manager is responsible for managing HEREU's digital presence across social media platforms, ensuring all communications remain consistent with the brand's identity while creating engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement and conversion. The role combines strategic planning, content creation, community engagement and performance analysis,



working closely with the Marketing and E-commerce teams.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Planning & StrategyDevelop the content calendar for each platform at least one month in advance, following the integral Marketing & Communication calendar.Gather and coordinate visual assets, ensuring consistency with HEREU's aesthetic and storytelling.Write copy for all posts, adapting tone of voice to each platform.Coordinate publishing with Marketing, PR, E-commerce and Image teams.Community ManagementPublish content across all HEREU social media platforms.Manage DMs, comments and enquiries from customers, collaborators and press daily.Foster engagement through active interaction (replies, comments, likes, mentions).Digital Content CreationAdapt videos and images to different formats and platforms (Reels, Stories, carousels).Design basic graphic assets for digital campaigns.Identify opportunities for reactive and spontaneous content.Performance Monitoring & ReportingMonitor performance across all platforms; prepare weekly, mont
