and troubleshooting of energy storage systems, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve system issuesSupport technical analysis for residential and C&I; ESS projects, including communication, EMS, inverter, and battery system related issuesHandle customer complaints and technical escalation cases, coordinate internal resources, and drive issue resolution to improve customer satisfactionMaintain close communication with R&D; and product teams, provide feedback on onsite issues and product improvement suggestions, and support continuous product optimizationCollect and organize onsite operational data, service reports, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and complete service recordsProvide technical training to distributors, installers, and service partners, covering product installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshootingQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical
