POSITION OBJECTIVEThe Site Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising on-site construction activities for a solar PV plant (FPV). The role ensures that work is executed according to schedule, quality standards, and legal, safety and environmental requirements.The Site Manager acts as the main point of contact between the company, contractors, subcontractors and the client, ensuring all field activities are executed as planned. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on day-to-day execution, not strategic management.3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSite Construction ManagementSupervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities, ensuring progress according to the master schedule.Coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers.Ensure all PV system components are installed according to technical specifications.Supervise civil, mechanical and electrical works,



resolving field issues in real time.Track daily progress and report to the Project Manager.Compliance & PermitsEnsure all site activities comply with local construction, safety and environmental regulations.Manage building permits and regulatory documentation.Ensure compliance with environmental requirements (DIA, Hydrological Confederation, etc.).Promote a safety culture on site through daily toolbox talks.Schedule & Cost ControlTrack project milestones and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.Monitor construction costs within the allocated budget.Support the Project Manager in measurement and certification processes.Team & Subcontractor ManagementLead and coordinate on-site work teams (company and subcontractor staff).Supervise subcontractor performance on schedule, quality and safety.Participate in selection and hiring of temporary personnel or additional subcontractors.Conduct alignment meetings wi
