Human Resources Technician (Temporary)? We are looking for a Human Resources Technician with a strong generalist profile to support talent acquisition, organizational management, and HR administration processes in a dynamic and international environment.? Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Human Resources Technician, your responsibilities will include:Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, candidate interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.Organizational Management: Develop, maintain, and update organizational charts, organizational structures, and job descriptions.International People Management: Support the management of employees across international locations, ensuring the accuracy and quality of HR data within HR systems.HR Administration: Manage employee documentation, maintain HR databases, prepare reports, and provide support for administrative HR processes.Generalist HR Support: Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to organizational development, talent management, internal communication,



and employee experience.?Assessment Criteria:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or generalist Human Resources roles.Previous experience in international environments will be considered an asset.Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1).SkillsStrong organizational, planning, and attention-to-detail skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across different levels of the organization.Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.Nice to HaveExperience with ATS platforms and/or HR management systems.Experience in HR reporting and people analytics.Participation in process improvement and organizational development projects.?Why 3PBiovian?You will have 26 paid days off: 23 vacation days + 2 personal day
