Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in performing arts (music, dance, drama, theater)
Teach physical education with emphasis on motor skills, fitness, and teamwork
Create inclusive learning environments where all students feel confident and supported
Organize and coordinate school performances.
Assess student progress in both performing arts and sports using formative and summative assessments
Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate performing arts and PE into cross-curricular learning
Maintain safe, clean, and organized classroom and gymnasium spaces
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress
Model positive behavior, respect, and enthusiasm for the arts and physical activity
Participate in professional development and staff meetings
