Sales Manager - Western Europe

We’re looking for a Sales Manager - Western Europe to strengthen and expand our presence across this strategically important and rapidly developing region.

Preferred location: Spain or Portugal
Territory: Western Europe
Travel: Travel throughout Western Europe, with occasional international travel
Employment: Full-time

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, commercially driven role combining account management, new business development, distributor management and market development across multiple countries.
You’ll take ownership of developing the region, protecting and growing existing business while identifying new customers, applications, industries, sales channels and distribution partners.
You’ll work closely with customers, distributors and strategic partners, while collaborating with our international sales, marketing and management teams.

What You’ll Be Doing





· Develop and grow relationships with existing customers and distributors
· Identify and convert new business opportunities across Western Europe
· Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and forecast
· Develop new customers, distributors, agents and sales channels
· Identify new markets, applications and industries for our products
· Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through to negotiation and closing
· Develop and support distribution partners and monitor their performance
· Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events
· Monitor market trends, competition, pricing and customer requirements
· Work with the international team to develop and implement regional sales strategies
