This role takes an office-first hybrid approach here at London Gatwick, with three days a week in the office and two days remote, managed around the needs of the business.
What is the role?
As Programme Manager at London Gatwick, you will play a key role in supporting the airport's journey towards achieving Net Zero emissions by 2030. This ambitious commitment, supported by our shareholders and embraced across the business, reflects London Gatwick's dedication to building a more sustainable future for aviation.
This is an exciting and varied programme of work, offering the opportunity to lead a broad range of interconnected engineering and infrastructure projects.



You will oversee initiatives focused on decarbonising the campus, reducing water and energy consumption, and developing infrastructure to support electric vehicles—all while delivering projects within a live and operational airport environment.
You will lead the overall programme, surrounded by knowledgeable people, all focused on delivering our Net Zero goal. You'll be joining an innovative team, encouraged to think outside the box, trusted to deliver complex projects through problem solving, innovation and supporting one another. Whether you are looking for a move to client side or are ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.
We're looking for someone who is adaptable and adaptable and who enjoys working across different areas as priorities evolve. While this role is for the Sustainability programme, you'll also be open to supporting and contributing to other programmes.
