About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to support our continued expansion across European markets.
Our company specialises in the manufacturing of industrial protective coatings and organosilicon products, with our own production facilities and a strategic logistics hub in Hungary. This infrastructure enables us to provide reliable supply, responsive service, and efficient delivery to customers across Europe and international markets.
As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new B2B opportunities across Europe, building relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the full sales cycle — from initial prospecting to contract execution and ongoing account development.
Your Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential manufacturing and industrial clients across European markets using LinkedIn, Google, industry databases, and other prospecting tools.
• Conduct proactive outbound sales and cold outreach to key decision-makers, including C-level executives, Procurement Managers, Technical Managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Qualify prospects, identify their technical and commercial requirements, and present appropriate product solutions.
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from initial contact and product presentation through sample testing, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Work closely with our R&D; specialists and chemical engineers to develop or customise solutions according to customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity reports.
• Participate in international trade fair
