We are looking for a (Lead) NOC Engineer / Senior Network Operations Engineer with fluent Russian & English to join our Network Operations team.
In this role, you will work with production ISP networks, perform hands-on troubleshooting, assist in planned network changes and collaborate closely with senior engineers, NOC and external vendors.

What you’ll do:
Rapid identification, diagnosis, and resolution of L2/L3 network incidents.
Configuration and maintenance of customer services: BGP, VLAN/QinQ, L2VPN.
Interaction with external providers and upstream carriers.
Collaboration with monitoring and technical support teams.
Ticket escalation, tracking of service status and link availability.
Change management, technical documentation, and participation in on-call rotation.
Professional communication with internal teams, management, customers/providers in English and Russian.
Participation in network stability, scalability, and modernization initiatives.

What we’re looking for:
5+ years of hands-on network infrastructure operations experience.
Strong routing and switching background.




Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista or similar network equipment.
Practical understanding of DWDM architecture, operating principles, and automation.
Strong knowledge of BGP, routing policies, BGP communities.
Knowledge of Segment Routing.
Experience with DDoS mitigation: Flowspec, traffic scrubbing.
Monitoring and troubleshooting experience in production networks.
Scripting/automation skills: Python, Bash, or similar.
Understanding of network security principles and data protection methods.
Fluent Russian, Conversational English.

Nice to have:
Degree in IT, telecommunications, or related field.
Experience with large-scale network infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with project management methodologies/tools.
Experience optimizing and modernizing network environments.
Experience mentoring or leading network engineers/NOC specialists.
Strong continuous learning mindset.
