About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive People Operations Administrator to join our People & Talent team.
Reporting to the People Operations Team Leader,



you'll help maintain the smooth day-to-day running of our People Operations function, providing first-line support for a wide range of people-related queries. You'll play an important role in delivering an efficient, compliant and employee-focused service, supporting colleagues throughout their employment lifecycle while helping ensure our people processes run effectively.
What youll do
As People Operations Administrator, you will:
- Provide first-line support for People and HR-related queries, ensuring requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Manage and monitor shared People Operations mailboxes and ticketing systems, escalating complex queries where appropriate.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contractual changes and leavers administration.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, including right-to-work verification, references and DBS checks where applicable.
- Create and maintain accurate employee records and electronic personnel
