This senior executive role is responsible for leading and scaling international sales strategy across multiple general markets, with a strong focus on high-growth sectors such as defense, government, industrial, and unmanned systems. The position plays a pivotal role in expanding international revenue streams and strengthening global reseller and partner ecosystems. You will define and execute long-term commercial strategies, build strategic relationships with government and military stakeholders, and drive adoption of advanced communication technologies across complex markets. As a key member of the leadership team, you will manage and mentor an international sales organization while shaping market entry strategies worldwide. The role requires a blend of strategic vision, operational execution, and deep experience in technically complex, mission-critical environments.

Define and execute the global international sales strategy, driving revenue growth across commercial, industrial, government, and defense markets.

Build, scale, and manage a global reseller and partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and performance targets.

Identify and capture foreign military sales (FMS) opportunities and develop long-term strategic relationships with international government and defense stakeholders.

Lead, mentor, and develop the international sales team, ensuring strong performance, capability building, and succession planning.

Oversee reseller pipelines, forecasting, business planning, and performance tracking to ensure consistent execution and delivery.
