About the Role

We are seeking a

Deskside Support Engineer

to provide on‑site IT support at one of our client’s locations in

Madrid . This is a

client‑facing role , requiring strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will act as an occasional

point of contact

for end‑user IT issues and will deliver high‑quality technical support services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

hands‑on deskside support

to end users at the client site




Troubleshoot and resolve

hardware, software, and workplace IT issues
Act as an

on‑site point of contact

for IT‑related requests when required
Deliver a consistently high level of

customer service

in a client‑facing environment
Communicate clearly with users and stakeholders in

Spanish and English
Log, update, and resolve tickets in line with agreed

SLAs and processes
Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and follow‑up

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum

2.5 years of technical experience

providing end‑user IT support
Proven experience in a

deskside / on‑site support role
Strong

communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working directly with

clients and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a live environment

Nice to Have

Experience supporting enterprise environments
Familiarity with IT service manag
