The role is focused on process engineering, process safety, and commissioning support, with responsibility for maintaining technical integrity, supporting safe project execution, and helping drive successful project handover and start-up.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimise, and implement industrial processes to improve efficiency, productivity, safety, and profitability.
Support safe project execution while maintaining quality and technical integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop new processes and improve existing processes in line with operational goals.
Carry out process simulations and design calculations to support engineering delivery.




Prepare and maintain engineering documentation including Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
Review and endorse contractor procedures and verify compliance with project safety specifications and legal requirements.
Lead or support process safety activities including HAZOP, LOPA, HAZID, SIMOPS, and operational readiness reviews.
Identify commissioning risks and implement mitigation plans.
Coordinate inspection and testing activities including NDE, pressure testing, welding, and coating in collaboration with third-party inspection agencies and project stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor quality compliance, track non-conformance, and support corrective actions.
Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and unexpected operational issues through analysis and data interpretation.
