We are currently looking for a

Finance Controller Manager

to join our

Life Sciences & Health & Nutrition division , a key role with international exposure and direct reporting to the CFO.

Your Role
As Finance Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the business, leading accounting, tax and reporting activities while driving improvements and supporting strategic decision-making.

You will:
Lead and develop a

finance team (+/- 10 people).
Oversee

monthly, quarterly and annual closings , ensuring strict deadlines
Lead the

external audit process

and be the main point of contact




Ensure compliance with

GAAP and financial regulations
Drive

cash flow reporting, forecasting and analysis
Collaborate with international stakeholders (including US teams)
Support

M&A; / integration processes
Identify and implement

process and system improvements

What we’re looking for
Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
3–5 years of experience

including

at least 2 years in external audit (Big 4 or similar)
Proven experience in

multinational environments
Strong background in

financial reporting and accounting operations
Team management experience is a must
Fluent

English
Hands-on,

proactive and self-starter mindset
Strong stakeholder management skills
Nice to have: SAP or other ERP experience
