Lead all integral accounting and tax activities across the company's international operations

Own and oversee consolidated financial statements and external financial reporting requirements

Manage external auditor relationships and lead the annual global audit process

Ensure compliance with IFRS, SEC/Nasdaq requirements, and local statutory regulations

Design, implement, and monitor SOX compliance processes and internal control frameworks

Oversee global tax compliance, tax planning, transfer pricing, and coordination with external advisors

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual period-end processes across all entities

Support M&A; activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition accounting

Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, systems, integrations, and internal controls

Partner with FP&A;, Legal, Treasury, HR, and operational leaders on corporate initiatives and strategic projects

Lead and develop a global finance organization across multiple international entities





Manage and oversee payroll processes in several jurisdictions

Requirements

CPA or equivalent accounting qualification

At least 7 years of progressive experience in accounting, controllership, including experience in finance leadership roles

Strong knowledge of multinational accounting, consolidations, external reporting, audit, and internal controls

Experience working in a publicly traded, SEC-listed company environment - mandatory

Experience managing global accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

Excellent English proficiency

Preferred: Experience supporting M&A; transactions, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration

Preferred: Experience leading SOX implementation or operating within a SOX-compliant environment

Preferred: Experience in multinational technology or transactional marketplace-type businesses
