Change Manager – P2P / Coupa
About the role
We are looking for a
Change Manager
to support a global
Procure-to-Pay transformation programme
within an international environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in the rollout of
Coupa P2P across Colombia, Mexico and Argentina , managing the change management strategy, communications, training, business readiness and stakeholder engagement across multiple countries.
You will work closely with global and local stakeholders across
Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management and business teams , ensuring that the organisation is prepared for the transformation and that change is successfully adopted.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong organisational skills and the ability to proactively identify risks, resistance and actions across different locations.
If you have experience leading
change management initiatives within P2P or procurement transformation programmes , enjoy working in global environments and are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and countries, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll do
Support and maintain the overall
Change Management Strategy
for the P2P transformation programme
Develop and manage detailed
Change, Communication and Training Plans
Coordinate change activities across
Colombia, Mexico and Argentina
Work closely with general and local stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement and business readiness
Coordinate the preparation and adaptation of
training materials and training data
Create and coordinate communications to be distributed through local business teams
Conduct
Business Readiness Assessments
and track readiness activities ahead of deployment
Identify resistance to change at an early stage and define actions to mitigate risks and adoption barriers
Manage change-related issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
Support
Go-Live and Hypercare
activities from a change management perspective
Maintain action trackers, p
