for our Timberland Iberia team based in Barcelona.

We are looking for a strategic and sales-driven leader to shape the evolution of our Wholesale business in Iberia.
The role is responsible for leading the regional wholesale business, with a clear focus on accelerating revenue growth across the region through effective matrix management of both direct and indirect teams.



The position will drive delivery against country sell-in targets while identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities within the market.
Specific focus on Key Account Strategy.

STRATEGY
Define and drive Iberia wholesale growth, focusing on profitable revenue and market share
Elevate key account strategy, strengthening top partnerships and brand presence
Unlock new growth opportunities across channels and markets, aligned with sell-in targets
DISTRIBUTION AND SALES
Lead regional wholesale strategy and sales execution, driving revenue, market share, and sustainable growth
Build and manage key account partnerships, strengthening distribution, segmentation, and market presence
Deliver sales plans and forecasts, ensuring alignment with financial targets and inventory planning on monthly and quarterly basis
Collaborate across VF matrix to achieve KPIs, supporting
