Experteer Overview In this Senior Consultant role, you shape client engagements from problem definition through implementation, collaborating with client teams and colleagues to drive meaningful change. You’ll lead workstreams, frame hypotheses, and direct research to generate actionable insights. You’ll deliver high-quality client materials and develop leadership within the team, with opportunities to explore across industries. This position offers international travel and a dynamic, inclusive culture where you help clients solve complex problems and grow with the firm.

Responsabilidades

3+ years of experience in a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm

Experience serving clients in Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, or Telecommunications is advantageous

Undergraduate or advanced degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative discipline

Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills across audiences and seniority

Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional, fast-paced settings

Proven ability to deliver results under pressure with multiple priorities

Fluent business English and proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese

Willingness to travel internationally
