The Digital Demand Process Lead owns and evolves the data, tools, vendors and process landscape for demand management & generation in EMEA. The role combines analytics, consulting and project management to ensure that tools and processes are effectively adopted, optimized, and aligned across market units while supporting regional standardization.
Acting as an expert user and advisor, the process lead works closely with stakeholders across regions to understand business needs, diagnose challenges in tool usage and processes and recommend data-driven improvements.
The role involves evaluating and piloting new vendors, optimizing existing tool performance and managing the vendor portfolio based on usage, impact and cost efficiency.
A key objective is to balance regional harmonization with local market needs, ensuring consistent standards while enabling flexibility where required. The role requires strong stakeholder management, as it operates in a highly visible environment with exposure to multiple teams, including demand management, sales development, vendors and regional/integral counterparts.
In collaboration and alignment with the other team members, expectations and responsibilities will include to a varying degree:
