At Ayvens we have an opening for a medior User Researcher
As our new (Medior) User Researcher, you will be responsible for driving user-centered decision making across our digital products by planning, executing, and communicating high-quality research that informs design and product strategy.
Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research across the product lifecycle
Translating research findings into clear, actionable insights for product and design teams
Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape product direction and vision
Selecting appropriate research methods (e.g. interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics) based on research questions
Aside from being a skilled researcher, you are curious, proactive, and passionate about understanding user behavior.
You will have relevant experience in a similar role, holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
~3–5 years of experience in user research within a multi-domain digital product environment




~ UserTesting, Hotjar, Matomo, Google Analytics)
~ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously
~ Fluent in English is required.
