Restaurant Director – Ibiza

Our 2 restaurants are well-established restaurants located in Ibiza (Eivissa + central island location).
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on and experienced Restaurant Director to lead our team and continue delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Your mission

Manage the daily operations of the restaurant with assistance of our current managerLead, motivate and develop a multicultural team.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Control labour costs, food costs and profitability.
Recruit, train and evaluate employees.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Work closely with the owner to drive growth and continuous improvement.
Profile

Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a busy restaurant
Young dynamic person already working in IbizaStrong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations in Ibiza and cost control




Fluent English and Spanish are required
Additional languages are an advantage
Passion for hospitality, high service standards and attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced, international environment

Salary: To be discussed + package + possibility to be involved in the integral brand evolution (depending on experience)
Quarterly Performance-based bonus
Full-time All Year, permanent position
