The Retail P&C; Business Partner

will report directly to the

Retail P&C; Manager

and work in partnership with the

Regional Retail Area Manager and Store Managers

to support the successful delivery of Human Company Policies.

Main Accountabilities
The adecuado candidate will be operating at HRBP level, within a retail environment and have a strong generalist background.

Develop, implement and deliver the People Strategy within the assigned region.

Guarantee excellent service as a professional Business Partner to all relevant internal





Provide operational and commercially sound advice and direction on all Human Resources related issues.

With the Regional Retail Area Manager and Store Managers, proactively identify performance

Support the business on human resources management in all the key processes, managing the

To lead all Retail recruiting processes.

To liaise with Retail Regional Manager and coordinate with Head of Retail HR and Retail finance

controller in order to manage efficiently and timely business planning, budgeting and forecast processes, for both personnel and HR functional costs.
