About The Role
Lead Engineer in Digital Office, responsible for accelerating transformation by designing and building front‑end and back‑end applications, mentoring engineers, shaping best practices, and contributing to a programmable, automated digital platform.

Key Responsibilities
Full‑Stack Application Development

Lead design and maintenance of scalable front‑end applications (React, Vue, Angular) and back‑end services (Node.js, Python, or similar). Create reference implementations and documentation.

Develop reusable UI components, design systems, shared libraries, and internal service frameworks.

Build and integrate APIs (REST, GraphQL, event‑driven, microservices).

Performance, Quality & Reliability

Ensure applications meet highest standards of performance, security, accessibility, and reliability.

Lead automated testing across unit, integration, contract, and end‑to‑end layers.

Implement observability,



including logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.

Champion reliability engineering practices and performance optimization.

Automation & Platform Engineering

Contribute to and evolve CI/CD pipelines, build tooling, infrastructure automation, and quality gates.

Drive engineering standardization across STOs (coding guidelines, architectural patterns, platform abstractions).

Lead initiatives that reduce friction, improve developer experience, and accelerate delivery cycles.

Technical Leadership & Innovation

Partner with designers, architects, product managers to align technical direction with platform goals.

Collaborate with designers and Product Manager to evaluate technical feasibility of new capabilities and estimate effort.

Foster high‑ownership culture through active mentorship and code quality standards.
