We develop and produce world‐class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero. Horse Powertrain has 19,000 dedicated and determined employees, working in 17 manufacturing plants, and 5 R&D; centres on three continents. Lead the delivery of new powertrain development projects, ensuring Quality, Cost and Timing (QCT/QCD) objectives.
Manage project quotations, feasibility assessments and technical/economic scoping.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive project convergence across all functions.
Lead and develop Project Leaders within the team, providing direction and governance.
Monitor project risks, opportunities, budgets, investments and supplier performance.




Ensure achievement of project milestones, deliverables, regulatory compliance and product safety requirements.
A proven track record in powertrain development and automotive project management, including leadership of complex new product development programs.
Outstanding stakeholder management, negotiation and team leading skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
Strong competencies in risk and opportunity management and project governance, with a collaborative approach.
Excellent written and spoken English, both spoken and written; Chinese, Spanish and/orFrench would be valued.
