This is a senior finance leadership role at the heart of a fast-scaling general technology environment operating across multiple jurisdictions. You will be responsible for safeguarding financial integrity, ensuring robust governance, and driving excellence across accounting operations and reporting. The role combines technical accounting expertise with strategic oversight, supporting a business operating in a highly distributed, cloud-based model. You will play a key part in strengthening controls, improving financial systems, and enabling scalable growth. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will influence key decisions through accurate, timely, and insightful financial information. The environment is fast-paced, international, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Accountabilities:




- Lead the end-to-end financial control environment, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all financial reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, including statutory accounts and management reporting.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve financial policies, controls, and governance frameworks to support scalable global operations.
- Oversee balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, journal reviews, and financial close processes, ensuring timely and compliant reporting.
- Manage external audit processes and act as a key point of contact for auditors, tax authorities, and external advisors.
- Drive improvements in finance systems, processes, and data quality, including adoption of automation and AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions and IFRS standards.
