Veeva OpenData is general reference data of healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations. It contains addresses, emails, specialties, demographics, compliance data (license information and industry identifiers) and affiliations. It is available in 100+ countries today and growing.

Your mission as our Data Operations Lead is to be the operational backbone of our curation efforts. You will guide and lead a remote team of data curators, ensuring we unlock the full potential of OpenData while adhering to strict compliance and quality standards. This is not just about maintenance; it’s about strategy. You will design the production processes of tomorrow, driving the technological improvements that elevate our efficiency and data quality.

Responsibilities
- Implement Automation Strategy: Identify opportunities to implement state-of-the-art technology that makes the team faster and smarter. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to deploy them.
- Achieve Data Excellence: Establish and own the gold standard for our data. Design robust processes for tracking, assessing, and validating data quality at scale.
- Monitor & Optimize: Own the team’s output. Track KPIs, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement efficiency projects that tangibly improve perform
