About the opportunity:
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk (Italian Speaker) to join our Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, supporting accounts payable operations while contributing to ongoing process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
- Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Maintain and update vendor master data.
- Support the timely processing of supplier payments in accordance with agreed payment terms.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies by working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and accounts payable reconciliations.
- Prepare reports and support internal and external audit requirements as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and finance transformation projects.




- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud within the Finance function.
- Ensure adherence to financial procedures and internal control standards.

What we are looking for:
- Native Italian language skills (required). Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken (required).
- Education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Administration, or a similar accounting support role.
- Experience working with ERP systems; exposure to Oracle Cloud is highly desirable.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Additional European languages will be considered an advantage. xqbhyrx
