As a Management Controller, you will play a key role in steering the company’s financial performance in an entrepreneurial environment. Main Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Company’s Management, your responsibilities will include: * Monitor and drive financial performance (revenue, margins, project profitability) * Own the budgeting and forecasting process and challenge business assumptions * Build and improve reporting tools (Excel / BI) to support strategic decisions * Deliver actionable insights to top management * Act as a business partner for operational teams * Identify opportunities to optimize financial and operational processes Profile * You have a Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering * You already had a first experience in finance, audit,
