You will also play an important role in promoting knowledge sharing, driving innovation, and helping teams adopt new AI capabilities across the organization. ? What Youll Do * Support the development, testing, and optimization of AI-driven solutions and internal digital products. * Work with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, n8n, and other emerging AI technologies. * Experiment with new features, provide feedback, and contribute to the evolution of our digital ecosystem. * Assist in integrating AI capabilities into business processes and workflows. * Create reusable documentation, guides, and best practices to help teams adopt new tools. * Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.



* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile and iterative environments. * Translate business and technical requirements into practical solutions. ✅ What Were Looking For ? Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ? Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken. German is a plus but not required. ? Technical Skills * Understanding of software development principles and programming fundamentals. * Programming knowledge in at least one language, preferably Python. * Initial experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). * Knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, REST APIs, JSON). * Understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL). * Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices. * Exposure to cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. * Interest in DevOps, data processing, and AI model integration. * Basic understanding of AI agents, tool
