WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ * 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar functional role * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, preferably within large-scale or multi-country rollouts * Strong understanding of Finance processes, including taxation, fiscal compliance, payments, receipts, and transaction reconciliation. * Experience analysing interfaces, APIs, integrations, protocols and data flows across interconnected systems. * Experience working in Agile environments, including requirements management, testing, and solution validation. * Strong analytical, communication,



and stakeholder management skills in international environments. * Fluent English, both written and spoken. * Knowledge of Azure integration services and broader Dynamics 365 solutions would be a plus. ? WHAT WILL YOU DO? ? * Support the Finance workstream within an international rollout of a Dynamics 365 Commerce POS solution. * Act as the Finance functional counterpart, collaborating closely with POS, business, and technical teams. * Analyse country-specific financial, tax, fiscal, and regulatory requirements and translate them into functional requirements. * Ensure local Finance and retail requirements are correctly reflected within the Dynamics 365 Commerce / Store Commerce solution. * Analyse and support retail processes related to transactions, payments, receipts, promotions, discounts, and reconciliation. * Define and manage functional requirements, user stories, and business processes throughout the project lifecycle.
