We are looking for a Senior Legal Councel expert in Corporate to join our Impress Legal Team
The adecuado candidate will have experience in consumer-facing companies within the healthcare or medical device sector, and a strong background in consumer law, regulatory compliance, litigation, and corporate law. This role combines hands-on legal work with cross-departmental collaboration, supporting business operations across multiple jurisdictions and helping to ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Your responsibilities include:
Corporate & Transactional
- Lead M&A; due diligence.
- Draft SPAs, SHAs, term sheets.
- Support financing rounds.
- Manage cap table legal docs.
- Coordinate investor negotiations.
Contracts & Commercial
- Draft and negotiate key contracts.
- Data processing, IT, real estate.
- Maintain templates across jurisdictions.
