About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Paid Media Specialist to join our E-commerce team and help grow our paid media strategy across Spain and international markets.
You’ll work in a global environment, collaborating closely with internal teams and our media agency, which handles campaign setup and activation.




We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in Paid Media—ideally from an agency background—who is excited to keep growing within an international beauty brand.

Main Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Management
- Help define, plan, and execute general paid media strategies across all funnel stages.
- Manage and monitor campaigns mainly across Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as other relevant channels, keeping them aligned with business goals.
- Partner with our media agency on campaign planning, activation, tracking, and optimization.
- Track key paid media KPIs, analyze performance, and spot areas for improvement.
- Prepare creative briefs to produce the right assets for each platform and funnel stage.
- Build regular performance reports, pulling out actionable insights and recommendations.
- Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and the agency—sharing briefs, budgets, and goals, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
