- Provide technical support for Kardex products, applications, and service solutions to customers
- Lead customer-site teams and act as liaison between Kardex Remstar and customers
- Ensure the wellbeing of Kardex employees, subcontractors, and third parties involved in Kardex business
- Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with local law and core values
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of Kardex systems and solutions
- Complete jobs according to set quality standards and timelines
- Deliver customer training, including operator, health and safety, and maintenance training
- Generate leads
- Perform administrative management tasks, including reporting and spare-parts inventory management
