Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to customers while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Handling customer requests and inquiries in a professional manner

Using Spanish at B2 level as required for the role
