Where You’ll Make a Difference




- Identify business opportunities and translate them into quantified improvement potential through strong business acumen and data-driven insights.
- Develop and implement transformative digital & OT programs with clear impact quantification, deployment strategies and expert resource involvement.
- Drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, functions, and business units globally.
- Manage complex relationships within the project teams but also externally with the site teams and key business partners.
- Coordinate large multi-functional teams including data (analytics) engineers, data scientists, designers as well as inputs of multiple end user stakeholders in a complex environment.
- Ensure successful project execution by managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Champion digital transformation and foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
