About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a curious, motivated HR intern to support our team from November onwards. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within an international environment and to apply what you are learning in your studies.

What you’ll do:

Support HR colleagues in recruitment processes (e.g. job postings,



screening CVs, interview scheduling, candidate communication)
Assist with onboarding and offboarding and general employee lifecycle administration
Help prepare HR presentations and documentation, ensuring data quality and accuracy
Contributing to employee engagement, trainings and satisfaction initiativesUpdate HR sites and reports, helping to improve processes and tools
Play an active role at university fairs and campus events, representing Zurich Duo and supporting employer branding and early talent attraction
Work closely and effectively with Internal Communications and other teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment on HR initiatives

What You’ll Bring

Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field
Strong interest in Human Resources (e.g. talent acquisition, employee experience…)
