Work closely with Account Executives to retain existing customers and create new sales opportunities

Manage the entire sales process for a range of customers, from initial contact through closing

Support contractual engagements and build relationships with key influencers

Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Build and manage customer relationships to drive business growth

Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and identify improvement areas

Collaborate with Account Executives on strategies for new and existing accounts

Communicate with customers and internal teams using remote sales tools

Support customer adoption of new products and solutions

Identify account expansion opportunities and plan growth with AEs and partners

Independently manage smaller transactional deals from qualification to close

Assist with product selection, demonstrations, requests for proposals, and sales catalog updates

Oversee project management, pricing, solution development, sales closing, and technical demonstrations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree





Experience in sales and account management

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales pipelines

Strong organizational and program management skills

Experience in direct sales and working with various stakeholders

Ability to support account teams and drive sales for transactional deals

High English fluency

Native Spanish fluency

Ability to manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing

Experience in selling services and recurring revenue models

Ability to identify business opportunities and align with strategic goals

Proficiency in digital and remote selling

Experience with cross-selling and up-selling

Self-motivated and proactive in developing new business

Demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies, especially AI

Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply digital solutions in daily workflows
