Задачи

Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments
Act as the main point of contact for the external payroll partner
Oversee and communicate social security movements, including hires, terminations, and contract variations
Maintain and update employee records with 100% data integrity
Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters
Ensure HR processes comply with local labor regulations and collective bargaining agreements
Manage right-to-work verification and visa/residency status for international employees
Oversee employee benefits administration and act as the primary contact for benefit vendors
Support annual salary and bonus review processes
Lead the administrative side of onboarding
Manage offboarding, including exit documentation, settlements, and equipment retrieval




Handle employee inquiries about payslips, taxes, and leave management
Manage the administration of diversity and inclusion initiatives
Ensure compliance with mandatory legal standards
Monitor and report workplace diversity metrics
Maintain documentation and records regarding diversity, inclusion, and equality
Maintain a comprehensive database of hires, terminations, salaries, and employee changes
Prepare monthly and annual reports on turnover, absenteeism, and headcount growth
Use HR data to identify trends, improve department efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making
Coordinate with the Jira team to adjust the platform for HR workflow automation
Требования

At least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles
Advanced knowledge of Spanish labor law and payroll procedures
Proven experience managing benefits
High attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discreti
