Job Overview




The Insights Lead South Europe Cluster is responsible for leading end‑to‑end consumer and market insight generation to support strategic and operational decision‑making across the region.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing South Europe Cluster, this is a role that plays a critical part in embedding a data‑driven and consumer‑centric approach across the organization.

Operating in a multi‑country environment (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal), the role requires strong analytical expertise, stakeholder influence, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Consumer & Market Insights Generation

Lead end-to-end consumer and shopper insight generation across qualitative and quantitative research

Analyze market, category, and competitive data (e.g. Nielsen, Kantar) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Support growth agenda including penetration,
