Sparc FOUNDRY is seeking a Senior Equipment Engineer specializing in MOCVD epitaxy to lead the technical strategy, installation, qualification, and long-term support of MOCVD tools across our fab in Vigo, Spain.
You will ensure equipment readiness for process development and high-volume production, drive reliability and uptime improvements, and collaborate with R&D;, suppliers and process engineers to deliver optimal device performance.
