Backroads is seeking a Leadership Development Lead to support field staff across Spain and Portugal during the season, based in Mallorca or other approved locations. The Regional LDL acts as the LD point of contact, collaborating with RD, RLs, and FLOs to identify regional needs and sustain staff performance and satisfaction.
You will mentor a team of 15–20 Leaders, lead regional meetings, coordinate onboarding, certifications, and field visits (2–3 per season), and support programs like GRAF
