You will join through Ethic Technology to spearhead crucial cross-functional change initiatives, connecting general strategies with local market realities.
AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?

As Change Manager, you'll take full ownership of the change management and project deliverables supporting the rollout of the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution across Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina, while preparing key groundwork for upcoming European implementations.




Update, maintain, and drive the overall change management strategy and rollout plan
Design and execute communication, training, and go-live change support strategies for target locations
Conduct business readiness assessments to gauge regional adoption and site preparation
Identify early signs of resistance to change and proactively deploy issue management solutions
Oversee training data coordination and tailor learning materials for regional deployment
Manage deliverables and weekly action trackers across multiple international teams, ensuring key timelines are met
Collaborate directly with global leadership, local business units, procurement, invoicing, and supplier management teams
Address specific preparations for upcoming French deployment waves, including work council requirements, local compliance, and content translations
