About the role

Lead Homeclub’s digital product and transform the website into an increasingly pivotal direct sales channel. You will be responsible for understanding user behavior, optimizing their experience, defining and prioritizing new features, and continuously improving conversion rates from initial visits to inquiries and bookings.

What you'll do

Take functional and business ownership of the digital channel, its evolution, and its performance.
Define the digital product strategy and roadmap, fully aligned with business objectives.
Analyze the entire customer journey, from the initial search to inquiry, booking, and post-sales.
Identify drop-offs, points of friction, and improvement opportunities at every stage of the digital funnel.




Design and prioritize features based on their impact on customer experience, conversion rates, and revenue.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—analysis, definition, design, development, launch, measurement, and iteration—coordinating key teams to ensure flawless execution within established deadlines.
Coordinate the efforts of UX/UI, Product Owners, and the engineering team, ensuring clear priorities and agile execution.
Collaborate with Marketing to analyze traffic sources, intent, and quality, improving on-site and in-app conversion rates.
Partner with Reservations and Sales to seamlessly bridge the digital journey with human touchpoints and boost conversion on online-generated leads.
Define success metrics for every launch, evaluate outcomes, and decide whether to iterate, scale, or sunset features.
Progressively drive online bookings to increase the share of the direct digital channel with
