Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to manage, lead and co-ordinate Eurofins Professional Scientific Services (PSS) teams, and their on-site leaders, to ensure that teams are operating at the highest quality and productivity standards, that they have high levels of morale and retention, and the agreed client requirements are entirely satisfied so that client expectations are met or exceeded through effective leadership and quality operational management. This person will be a key point of contact for the clients from an operational management point of view,



a key point of contact to link with Senior Management and their peers across Europe.
Job Responsibilities
- Implementing new scientific services scopes of work with clients. Project managing the implementation to steady state and monitoring ongoing service excellence.
- Effectively organising, coordinating and managing the PSS teams so that productivity, quality, documentation, work schedules, safety and housekeeping are run at maximum efficiency.
- Ensuring that the client gets the best possible service by continually reviewing best practice in relation to both commercial and quality issues and ensuring 100% ethical work standards and quality standards compliance.
- Ensuring that client turn-around times are established, agreed upon and communicated effectively to the teams so that these turn-around times are met consistently.
